- Building Commissioning
Rarely is a building ever commissioned or maintained for energy
efficiency. One industry survey (US study: PECI in 2000) estimated
that only 0.3% of existing buildings had ever been
commissioned. Automation and controls are vital and not
often understood by building services engineers and
contractors. In this article we assist with the forensics behind
commissioning controls for energy efficiency.
